This council is designed for an organization's most senior DEI strategist, experienced with formulating the DEI vision and translating that into guiding principles and a multifaceted plan, who direct the implementation of the strategy via relationships and integration into the core of their organization. Their strategic work enables their organization to achieve its priority goals and contribute to the development of society.

The focus of this council is connecting with strategists and experts to examine trends, discover opportunities, and advance expertise in creating distinctive, prioritized DEI plans, directing resources for DEI impact, and measuring success.

 

If Your Focus is to design and direct implementation of advanced DEI Strategies in your organization.

If you are the Overall leader, designer, builder of DEI strategy for your organization, you direct the implementation of DEI strategy and integration into the business, you are the highest-level DEI executive on the C-suite or you report directly into the C-Suite.
