  • Global trends in HR transformation and HR outsourcing
  • Corporate pay challenges in turbulent times

Since The Conference Board gave its first report on compensation 70 years ago, we have helped executives find the information they need to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

The Council on Compensation provides me a wealth of ideas and best practices that I can use to best determine the course of action for my company. To accomplish this, Council members support each other as if we were working in the same company for years.

Bill Tompkins, Gap, Inc.

Individuals must have major policy-making responsibilities for compensation matters. They must have expert knowledge of the general compensation field, including wage and salary administration, compensation, and employee benefit plans. In particular, Council members must be knowledgeable of their company’s policies, practices, and executive procedures in the Compensation field. Membership is by invitation only.
