The Council is a mix of organizations who are new to shared services, operating a single center shared services, or in the early stages of expanding to a multi-function shared services organization. As a member of the Shared Services Council, you have the opportunity to learn, benchmark, and work out company specic challenges which will ensure successful implementation and institutionalization of shared services models and help you take it to the next level.
The Conference Board Councils are membership-capped, condential communities where you draw on the group’s collective knowledge and collaboratively explore solutions. Through both in-person meetings as well as remotely you will gain insight beyond your industry, region, and point of view.
