About the Council

This Council formed in 1986 at the height of the American Quality Revolution and actively builds on the learning around quality technology including cultural issues and digital transformation. Members represent a broad range of industries including manufacturing, construction management, services, and health care, serving a variety of global markets. As with all The Conference Board peer networks, our meeting agendas are based on our members’ most pressing priorities.
