About the Council

Privacy has moved from being merely a compliance issue to a strategic and risk management issue for companies. We examine cutting-edge issues in privacy, including how to maintain a global practice; operationalize new and challenging laws; work with others in large, multi-national companies; and communicate with senior executives and the board. We also explore the ethics of privacy and emerging technology issues as well as compare best practices in this quickly changing field.

  • Third-party management
  • US state law implementation
  • How to operationalize a privacy program
  • AI—including the new AI Act
  • DPO Engagement
