About the Council

This Council is designed for learning and developing the foundations and principles for designing an overarching DEI vision and strategy for the whole organization, including tactics for execution and avoiding common traps. If you are new to your DEI leadership role (less than two years) and your focus is on learning the foundations for the work of DEI, this Council will help you lay the groundwork for realizing your objectives. Our conversations help to break down outdated norms and contribute to member companies’ ongoing success.
