Advancing the Next Generation of Business Leaders

The CED Fellows Program is an invitation-only initiative that offers participants exclusive access to networking with C-Suite and senior executives. Fellows are provided with the opportunity to build connections with other program participants and gain insights from analysis and thought leadership on emerging business trends, as well as key economic and geopolitical challenges.

From private briefings with top experts in business, economics, policy, and geopolitics to dynamic virtual roundtables tackling today’s most urgent issues, Fellows are immersed in the trusted environment that shapes CED’s impact.

Program Elements:

  1. CED Signature Events + Special Fellows-Only Events: Several times a year, CED brings together Trustees and business leaders through its high-impact signature events, each designed to drive insight, connection, and further CED’s mission.
  2. Leadership Discussion Series: The Leadership Discussion Series, exclusively for CED Fellows, is held once a month virtually and features CED Trustees and relevant leaders and experts who will discuss their career journeys and the choices they made along the way to the C-Suite.
  3. Invitation to All Trustee Briefings: In 2024, CED hosted 50+ Trustee Briefings with policy leaders and experts, including Congressman Tim Burchett (R-TN), Alan Wolff, Former Deputy Director General, World Trade Organization (WTO), Kristina Hooper, Former Chief Global Market Strategist, Invesco, and Sir Simon Gass, Former Chair, UK Joint Intelligence Committee, to name a few.
  4. Alumni Advisors: Two former CED Fellows will serve as Advisors to the new class of Fellows throughout the year, sharing their Program experience and providing any guidance or advice as needed.
  5. Mentorship: The nominating organization should assign a C-Suite or senior executive to offer Fellows valuable insights and strategic support.
