Chloe Ellis is Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer at SC Johnson, a global manufacturer of trusted personal care, cleaning, air care, pest control, and home storage products. In her current role, Chloe partners with senior leadership as a trusted thought-partner, translating strategy into execution across growth, sustainability, supply chain, digital transformation, and people priorities. She drives enterprise planning and performance, strengthens leadership team effectiveness, and advances initiatives that connect employees to the company’s purpose. Her work fosters a culture of operational excellence, building speed, agility, and digital capabilities essential for strategic growth. As a force multiplier, she amplifies the impact of senior leadership by enabling focus on the forward-looking priorities that drive growth and shape the company’s future. She also orchestrates enterprise-wide initiatives and shapes high-stakes communications, from leadership forums to board-level narratives, providing clarity and alignment across the organization.

Previously, Chloe held diverse leadership roles across RD&E, marketing, process ownership, data systems and analytics, and special projects in digital transformation. In these positions, she shaped portfolio strategy, built enterprise capabilities, and delivered consumer- and customer-centric innovations that fueled growth.

Known for her authentic leadership style and emphasis on building trusted relationships, Chloe brings creativity to problem-solving and a proven ability to connect strategy to action. Her cross-functional experience enables her to navigate seamlessly across organizational lines and deliver meaningful business results. Chloe earned a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
