Chloe Ellis is Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer at SC Johnson, a global manufacturer of trusted personal care, cleaning, air care, pest control, and home storage products. Previously, Chloe held diverse leadership roles across RD&E, marketing, process ownership, data systems and analytics, and special projects in digital transformation. In these positions, she shaped portfolio strategy, built enterprise capabilities, and delivered consumer- and customer-centric innovations that fueled growth.

Known for her authentic leadership style and emphasis on building trusted relationships, Chloe brings creativity to problem-solving and a proven ability to connect strategy to action. Her cross-functional experience enables her to navigate seamlessly across organizational lines and deliver meaningful business results. Chloe earned a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
