Zahra Soonasra is the VP of Customer Success at Docusign, a leading technology platform and SaS company helping customers create, commit and manage their agreements. Headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Docusign is the ubiquitous market leader in orchestrating how businesses and individuals securely send and sign agreements from anywhere and any device.

In her current role, Zahra leads the Success at Scale team, who are responsible for driving adoption and retention strategies for our Commercial segment (SMB & MM customers).

Her vision is built on creating effortless customer experiences through both dedicated human and scaled digital touch. Her unique multi modal engagement model allows her to scalably support thousands of customers in adopting, consuming and realizing value across their organization, particularly in HR, Procurement, Legal, and Sales.

In addition to her role, Zahra enjoys building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coaching and mentoring high potentials, and serving on cross-functional committees that drive the company’s mission forward.

During her tenure, Zahra has led Enterprise Customer Success (top 200 clients) as well as Customer Success Operations. Prior to Docusign, Zahra worked at Foundever, a customer experience management organization, helping fortune 500 companies create and manage outsourced customer experience across sales, support and customer success. She began her career in business analytics and strategy, focused on using quantitative analysis to fuel strategy, planning and executive decision making.

She graduated with a Masters degree in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business (Indiana University) and has a Bachelors degree in Finance from Lehigh University.
