As Director of Investments and Portfolio Management at Healthpeak Properties, Jean Rho supports the execution of investment strategy and portfolio optimization across the company’s life science and medical office platforms. With deep expertise in acquisition underwriting, asset repositioning, and strategic capital allocation, she plays a key role in evaluating new investments, redevelopments, and dispositions that align with Healthpeak’s long-term growth objectives. Jean collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including asset management, property management, capital management, development, accounting, and legal teams, to deliver data-driven insights and drive value across the portfolio.

Jean began her career at Eastdil Secured in 2010, where she was integral to the execution of over $25 billion in institutional investment sales and financings across asset classes, developing deep expertise in deal structuring, analytics, and client service. Subsequently, Jean held various leadership roles over nearly a decade at AEW Capital Management, most recently as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, she oversaw a diversified portfolio spanning industrial, retail, and multifamily assets across the Western U.S., and was recognized for her leadership in mentoring and developing junior talent.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
