Jesse Pignatelli is a seasoned human resources executive with deep experience leading talent strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning across global financial services. As Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive at Bank of America, she oversees junior talent strategy and development for Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, International, and Global Research; and Americas Head of employee relations for Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets, Global Research, and Global Risk Management.

She directs a global team focused on career growth programs, headcount planning, performance processes, compensation strategy, and cross-HR initiatives, while partnering with Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance to guide complex people-related matters.

Previously, Jesse served as Head of HR for Global Investment Banking, where she worked closely with senior leadership to shape organizational structure, drive retention and culture efforts, and lead the global year-end compensation cycle. She played a key role in talent planning, leadership development, and succession strategies, ensuring alignment between business priorities and evolving market demands. Her earlier leadership within Global Capital Markets and Municipal Banking and Markets included managing compensation, advising business leaders, and overseeing HR engagement in key regulatory forums.

Jesse began her career through Bank of America’s Global Markets Operations and Middle Office Training Program, later supporting Fixed Income trading desks in product control and HR advisory roles. A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, she brings a strong blend of strategic insight, operational depth, and relationship-driven leadership to every facet of her work.
