In 2025, Koch Industries piloted a health plan in Georgia that flipped the traditional model of how health care is paid for and accessed. The plan paid the average cost of care—no networks, no copays, no prior authorizations. Members who chose lower-cost care kept half the savings; those who spent more paid the difference.
