Amy Rein is the Senior Vice President of Communications, Brand, and Transformation at Genworth, a Fortune 1000 financial and aging care navigation company. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, Genworth and its CareScout business deliver products, services, and solutions that help families navigate the aging journey with confidence.

In her role, Amy leads Genworth’s enterprise-wide communications strategy, aligning the goals of each business line, including CareScout, with the audiences that matter most. She brings a unique ability to forge lasting and authentic connections with internal and external stakeholders alike, helping to ensure that the company’s mission, progress, and purpose are clearly and consistently communicated.

Amy has spent nearly two decades at Genworth, where she has held leadership communications roles across both its headquarters and mortgage insurance (now Enact) businesses. Her experience spans internal and executive communications, brand strategy, social media, and public relations. She most recently served as Vice President of Communications before being named SVP in 2024.

Before joining Genworth’s communications team, Amy began her career as a high school English teacher, a role that sharpened her skills in storytelling, stakeholder management, and connection—traits she continues to bring to her leadership today. She is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College.
