Kara Starratt is Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer at Paysafe, where she also leads the company’s agile practice and transformation initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience spanning technology strategy, enterprise IT leadership, and business transformation, she has built a career around enabling organizations to deliver value at scale while fostering innovation and agility.

Prior to Paysafe, Kara served as Senior Director of Technology Strategy at ICE (formerly Black Knight, Inc.), where she spearheaded the design and development of a cloud-native loan servicing platform and guided a 200+ person organization through agile transformation. She has also held senior leadership roles at FIS and Black Knight, driving enterprise-wide technology implementations, client relationship management, and strategic program delivery. Earlier in her career, Kara spent seven years in economic development with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and the City of Jacksonville, where she focused on economic incentive policies and business recruitment to support regional growth.

Kara is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and has presented at client and industry conferences on digital transformation, data-driven servicing, and user experience innovation. She is also an inventor with multiple patents in intelligent digital assistant and data science applications.
