Rafael Garcia is the Vice President of Mexico and Agriculture packaging at Novolex a leading global manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging that supports multiple industries including foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery and retail, and industrial sectors trough innovation, sustainability and choice.

In his role Rafael oversees two operations: All business units in Mexico country and the agriculture food packaging channel in North America. Reporting directly to the President of International, Industrial & Beverage Packaging he has full P&L ownership, accountable for sales growth, profitable operations across four manufacturing plants and warehouses throughout the two countries with approx. 2,000 employees.

Rafael´s professional history in Novolex crossed the two decades milestone last year. He´s experienced across all company functions including operations, commercial, financial, and management areas leading cross-functional teams, executing multimillion-dollar capital projects, and driving strategic expansion in transnational markets. Strong track record in talent development, building high-performing teams, and supporting mergers and acquisitions through effective due diligence and integration.

Rafael has a bachelor´s in Industrial and Systems Engineer with a Master’s in Business Management.
