Amit was born and raised in New Delhi, India, and has lived in the Los Angeles area since high school. He serves as Director of Operations at Novolex, where he oversees five manufacturing plants, spanning the Midwest, West Coast, and Eastern Canada. With a career built entirely in operations, Amit has worked his way from the manufacturing floor to leading multi-plant operations. He is a Lean manufacturing enthusiast and practitioner, passionate about driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. He is also pursuing his MBA with Louisiana State University, which he is excited to be completed in 2026.

In addition, Amit joined the CED Fellows program to expand his leadership skills, grow his professional network, and learn from diverse industry peers as he continues to prepare for senior executive opportunities.

He is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, English, and Spanish. Outside of work, he enjoys deep sea fishing, camping, hiking, and taking road trips with his wife and two sons, one in college and one in high school. He is also a motorcycle rider who loves exploring the backcountry with his 4x4.
