Christina Peterson is a sales executive with a decade of experience at Google building and scaling high-impact teams at the intersection of technology and client strategy. In her current role as Head of SA360 for the Telecom, Pharma, and Travel verticals, she leads a multi-location specialist team managing one of the largest portfolios in her division. She has a consistent history of exceeding ambitious targets, driving significant year-over-year growth, and executing innovative strategies to secure and expand major client partnerships.

Beyond this work, Christina’s primary focus is on developing people. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and the Hudson Institute, she leverages formal coaching methodologies to unlock potential in her teams and peers. This commitment is evident in her leadership of numerous coaching and development pillars within Google and her passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Bilingual in English and French, Christina began her career as a consultant in Paris, France, where she led M&A and organizational design projects for Orange. This international experience continues to fuel her focus on amplifying diverse perspectives. She holds a Master of Arts in Cross-cultural & Sustainable Business from the American University of Paris (2011, magna cum laude) and a Bachelor of Arts in French & International Studies from Elon University (2010, cum laude), where she is actively engages as an alumna on critical growth initiatives for the university.

This global perspective extends to her personal life through a deep love of travel, with recent trips to the Galapagos Islands, Japan, and India, and frequent returns to France. As a new CED Fellow, Christina is honored to join this cohort and is eager to collaborate on the future of innovative and responsible leadership.
