Foster Ferguson is Vice President of Industrial Business at Stratasys, where he leads strategic partnerships and growth initiatives with global manufacturing, aerospace, and government partners. Since joining the company in 2019, he has launched global go-to-market strategies, driven double-digit growth in the industrial segment, and negotiated multi-year enterprise contracts with Fortune 500 companies and the Department of Defense.

Prior to Stratasys, Foster served over 20 years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in supply chain and maintenance operations. In his final role as Commanding Officer of the 1st Maintenance Battalion, he led more than 1,100 Marines, earning Department of Defense “Maintenance Unit of the Year” honors for two consecutive years. His leadership spanned global operations, cross-functional logistics, and large-scale organizational transformation.

Foster is recognized for scaling high-performing teams, securing more than $100M in new revenue through strategic partnerships with Congress, and positioning organizations as thought leaders in advanced manufacturing and supply chain transformation. He frequently represents Stratasys and the industry at global forums, engaging with senior executives, policymakers, and international leaders.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel, a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Foster also serves as Chairman of the Board for Soul Survivor Outdoor, a nonprofit dedicated to serving active-duty military personnel.
