Brigette Dusack is Vice President of Integration Management & Enterprise Risk Governance at Assurant, where she leads the Integration Management Office and oversees enterprise risk governance. As head of the IMO, Brigette coordinates cross-functional integration of acquired businesses, developing scalable playbooks that accelerate value capture and support long-term growth. Her career at Assurant includes roles in crisis management, Agile transformation, and enterprise program management, where she led major initiatives in resilience, business continuity, and operational modernization.

Brigette is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant, Release Train Engineer, and Scrum Master, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication from Southern Polytechnic University.
