Given the volatility and uncertainty in today’s marketplace, organizations need to be agile and resilient in order to survive, much less thrive.  Critical to achieving organizational agility is clear alignment of all organizational choices. This all-day workshop will introduce a series of foundational tools that are used by organizations of all sizes to guide effective organization design.
