Going forward, The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Survey® will reflect survey data using an online sample.
The survey questions and historical series dating back to 1967 will remain unchanged. Previously published data from January through April (based on our long-time mail survey) will be amended to reflect the results of the online survey.
Additional detail will be available in the Technical Notes at the time of the May Consumer Confidence release:
