Leading in the new age of intelligence
AI is no longer a future topic. It is reshaping strategy, rewiring operations and redefining work. But as execution accelerates, so do the risks of misalignment.
This closed-door event brings together senior decision-makers from global companies operating in Europe to explore how AI is being embedded across governance, leadership and the workforce, with real-world examples, not theory.
Designed for leaders across People, Governance, Compliance and Transformation functions, it offers a peer-tested, non-commercial environment to address the challenges of AI at scale.
Together, we will focus on issues such as:
- Scaling responsibly: From pilots to enterprise-wide execution with shared accountability
- Unified governance: Embedding oversight into board and operational frameworks
- Risk and ethics: Managing legal, reputational and compliance exposure
- Workforce readiness: Realigning roles and designing human-AI collaboration
- Measuring ROI: Tracking value creation and investment performance
