October 16, 2025 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Brussels) | Virtual Meeting
AI is no longer just a buzzword — it is beginning to reshape Europe’s labor market profoundly. Tight labor conditions, persistent skills shortages, and labor hoarding already constrain productivity and growth. AI adds a new layer of disruption, with certain occupations — especially knowledge and communication-based roles — far more exposed than others. Entry-level positions in these areas appear particularly vulnerable, raising concerns about career pathways and future talent pipelines.
This session will review the latest evidence on how AI is transforming jobs and skills in Europe, and what this means for companies. We will then turn to practical responses: how HR leaders can redesign work, prevent talent underutilization, and proactively adapt their workforce strategies to remain competitive.
