The Conference Board Announces Partnership with HCMoneyball to Offer Customized HCMetrix™ Analytics and Benchmarking Platform

The Conference Board is pleased to announce a new partnership with HCMoneyball to offer a customized HCMetrix™ benchmarking platform. The unique analytics platform transforms human capital data into standardized metrics, allowing business leaders to fully understand, monitor, calculate, and project the impact of their human capital initiatives on business outcomes.

The tool provides interactive dashboards based on existing human capital and financial data that are personalized and exportable, helping users gain insights about the effectiveness and financial impact of their human capital decisions. With on-demand, accurate, and consistently calculated human capital metrics, the platform generates governance-standard (ISO, SEC, IIRC, etc.) information and reports. It can be used to address core human capital challenges including total rewards, talent acquisition, strategic human resources, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

This custom-tailored version of HCMetrix™ is offered exclusively to Members of The Conference Board US Human Capital Center, as part of a new suite of tools to help businesses focus on their organization's workforce and understand the relationship between human capital management and corporate performance. In addition to the partnership with HCMoneyball, The Conference Board is pleased to simultaneously announce partnerships with ROI Institute and, all designed to enhance the support offered by The Conference Board to our valuable US Human Capital Center Members.
