Employing returning veterans is a critical need in the US. Employers are being asked to find opportunities for these men and women who often have demonstrated leadership and technical skills but are not familiar with a corporate environment.

Hear from a company whose CEO was impressed by the attributes veterans bring to the workforce, but had few available jobs, so decided to start an internship program to help these men and women gain corporate experience. Understand what it took to start such a program. Also hear from a veteran who graduated from the intern program and hear his perspective on what the challenges in being accepted into the civilian workforce really are.
