The State of Corporate DEI in 2025

December 09, 2025 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET

In this webcast we will reveal results from our first ever multinational DEI survey. We'll review and compare the attitudes of workers, managers, and leaders toward DEI across the US, Europe, and Asia, between the generations and races, and the differences in how senior leaders view DEI versus workers and managers.

We'll also explore how––over the course of just one year––relentless political pressure and backlash have significantly shifted the way workers feel about and perceive DEI in their organizations.

Join to:

  • Understand how perceptions of DEI differ across roles, generations, regions, and racial identities
  • Examine where alignment and friction exist between demographics to better understand where DEI may be having a lesser or greater impact on factors like collaboration and employee engagement
  • Gain practical strategies to help respond to changing employee attitudes toward DEI, balancing organizational priorities with the need to maintain trust, inclusion, and engagement
