Collaboration between HR and Corporate Citizenship is increasing yet could plateau without deeper integration through their organizations. Based on an in-depth survey of human resources and corporate citizenship leaders at US and multinational firms: 62% report more collaboration between the two functions over the past three years, while only 31% describe their functions as fully integrated, and most work remains programmatic rather than strategic.
