Trusted Insights for What’s Ahead®

  • What’s ahead is concerning chief communications officers (CCOs). In the latest CMO+CCO Meter survey, we see a warning signal as CCOs’ sentiments of being well equipped for the demands of the business in the next six months take a dip: feeling well equipped with tools, teams, and budgets all declined by double digits.
  • Is optimism over AI tools cooling a little? Just three months ago, CCOs were feeling positive about their tools and their team. Anecdotally, there is still work to be done to see the return on investment (ROI) in these tools. While CCOs are saving time, they are beginning to seek more quality, insight, and predictive capabilities to help with what lies ahead.
