The EU Pay Transparency Directive is due to be transposed by 7 June 2026, and few senior leaders are fully ready. Drawing on a survey of 96 senior HR, reward, and talent executives and follow-up interviews, this report shows where readiness is strongest, where gaps remain, and what chief human resources officers (CHROs) and reward leaders should do next.
