Leading on trust, talent, and tech
Join us for the inaugural edition of Future: People & AI - a high-level forum where senior HR and people leaders from Europe’s largest multinationals come together to decode the next phase of organizational transformation. This exclusive gathering brings together decision-makers from global companies to explore the leadership, skills, and cultural shifts defining the future of work.
We’ll tackle what matters most right now:
- AI’s growing impact across HR and the strategic role HR must play in AI adoption
- Reskilling and upskilling at scale
- Productivity in the age of AI, cost pressures, new work models
- Leadership in change
- Organizational transformation, hybrid work
What to Expect
Future: People & AI 2026 takes place over two days, with each day designed for a different type of engagement.
- Day 1 (Oct 13) is reserved for Member-only Council meetings. These small-group sessions provide a confidential space for senior leaders to exchange insights within their function. The day concludes with a private dinner for Members.
- Day 2 (Oct 14) is open to all registered participants and features interactive panels, case studies, and cross-functional networking.
Registration includes access to Day 2. If you are not yet a Member of The Conference Board, we have exceptionally opened a limited number of seats on Day 1, for senior leaders who are interested in experiencing a Council meeting first-hand. To explore this opportunity, please contact Claudia Pop-Cãlinescu at ccalinescu@tcb.org.
Why should you attend?
This is not a theory-heavy forum or a commercial trade show. It’s a peer-led, experience-rich event where real stories, practical insights, and high-value connections take center stage.
- Peer-driven insights you won’t hear anywhere else. Hear directly from CHROs and senior HR leaders inside Europe’s top multinationals. What’s working. What’s not. And how they’re tackling transformation, AI, leadership, and culture.
- Real-life case examples - not abstract frameworks. Every session is rooted in lived executive experience. You’ll hear candid, unfiltered examples of how your peers are navigating complexity and change.
- A high-caliber, curated network. No crowds. No vendor pitches. Just meaningful, executive-level conversations with leaders who share your scope, scale, and challenges.
- Cross-functional relevance. The program reflects how real companies operate—connecting talent, transformation, inclusion, productivity, and technology in one strategic dialogue.
- Actionable takeaways, ready for the boardroom. Leave with peer-tested approaches, strategic insights, and tangible ideas you can bring straight into your next executive discussion.
