CHRO Voices: Navigating the Future of Work

April 19, 2022 | Report

Unquestionably, human capital is at the center of virtually every business challenge today, and an effective chief human resource officer (CHRO) partners with C-suite colleagues to leverage the organization’s capabilities to meet those challenges. Corporate ambitions to attract and retain talent, create a “great place to work,” become more digitally fit, be more agile, adapt to shifting business models, and support a workforce productive in all types of work modes will fail without effective people processes.

This report reflects the views of more than 100 CHROs of major global and regional companies about how to make the transition to the future state of human capital that they envision. Their views were captured during focus groups and conversations from October to December 2021. We are grateful for their insights.
