The Reimagined Workplace 2025: Managing Uncertainty

/ Report

With the COVID-19 pandemic now in the rearview mirror, human capital (HC) leaders have been able to shift their focus to longer-term priorities. However, the new US administration’s many actions and executive orders in the first months of 2025 have introduced fresh volatility and considerable uncertainty into the workplace. The Conference Board 2025 Reimagined Workplace study, based on surveys of 170 HC leaders and 538 workers, examines how this evolving political and regulatory landscape is reshaping the workplace and how HC leaders are responding in turn.
