First envisioned in 2020 at the onset of the pandemic, the reimagined workplace is where many workers find themselves today. After years of navigating immediate and urgent crises, human capital (HC) leaders can prioritize longer-term issues, such as focusing on strategic workplace planning, normalizing the hybrid work environment, addressing employee well-being, and capitalizing on the benefits of AI. This annual Reimagined Workplace study is based on an April 2024 survey of 216 HC leaders.
