The Conference Board® surveyed 1,371 workers and leaders across the US, Europe, and Asia to gauge attitudes toward organizational diversity, equity & inclusion efforts. Large majorities across all three regions say they want to work in places with a broad mix of people but stark differences emerge. Respondents in Asia report greater personal and organizational benefits from these initiatives than their US or Europe-based counterparts. In both the US and Europe, a notable gap exists between how leaders and workers perceive such efforts and their impact.
