Claudio Truzzi is Senior Research Fellow at The Conference Board's Global Innovation & Transformation Institute, and serves as Director of the Support Office for Research and Innovation Activities at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where he also sits on the AI steering committee. He contributes essays to The Conference Board's Expert Voices series on the behavioral and cognitive dimensions of AI adoption.
Through his practice, YouRock.ai, Claudio works with FT Global 500 companies on executive-level AI adoption and has coached over 5,000 leaders worldwide on the behavioral and cognitive dimensions of thinking with machines. He has delivered 100+ executive sessions for senior leadership audiences across global corporations and The Conference Board's council network in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Claudio brings 35+ years at the frontier of applied AI and deep-tech innovation, as a researcher, serial entrepreneur, and technology leader. His research career began as a postdoctoral researcher at IMEC, the world-leading nanoelectronics institute in Leuven. Prior to founding YouRock.ai, he founded or scaled six deep-tech ventures as technology lead, and was CTO of a company that completed EASDAQ's most oversubscribed IPO. Claudio holds 8 patents across semiconductors, optoelectronics, and photovoltaics. He holds a PhD and MSc in Microelectronics Engineering, an Executive MBA from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, and is a Registered Technology Transfer Professional.
He has co-authored 80+ scientific and professional publications, publishes the weekly Fresh Eggs newsletter on cognitive fitness for senior executives, and is the author of The Egg Theory (North of Known).
