I joined the Asia Innovation Council about 2 years back. The Council program is managed by John Metselaar to give and get a wide range of inputs. The community is diverse. I was looking to recraft the “how to Win” strategies for my team. Some members in the community shared their perspectives with my leadership team. The conversations with experts, authors, and entrepreneurs helped me to recast the strategy. The network also helps to build skills. Webinars with the EU Council led to contacts that we tapped for stepping up Creativity for a selected group of colleagues in my organisation. Overall it has been an enriching experience.

I find great value in participating in The Conference Board - China Sustainability Leaders Council meetings. Being on the Asia Talent and Diversity Council has been a valuable and interesting experience for me. Chatham House rules apply, so we’ve had some very honest conversations and best practice sharing.
