There’s plenty of evidence that workplace harassment remains prevalent across Europe. In this webinar, we’ll be discussing the steps employers are taking to prevent and respond to harassment at work. We’ll be sharing insights from The Conference Board’s recent survey into employer practices on prevention and response. We’ll be discussing good practice guidance from Catalyst, the global research nonprofit, on how companies can prepare, prevent, respond, and transform their culture on workplace harassment. And we’ll be hearing from Airbus about the steps it has taken to address this issue.
