VIRTUAL EVENT

Zero tolerance? Employer approaches to preventing and responding to harassment at work

APRIL 08, 2020

Welcome

There’s plenty of evidence that workplace harassment remains prevalent across Europe. In this webinar, we’ll be discussing the steps employers are taking to prevent and respond to harassment at work. We’ll be sharing insights from The Conference Board’s recent survey into employer practices on prevention and response. We’ll be discussing good practice guidance from Catalyst, the global research nonprofit, on how companies can prepare, prevent, respond, and transform their culture on workplace harassment. And we’ll be hearing from Airbus about the steps it has taken to address this issue.

Key learnings:

  • The steps employers are taking to prevent and respond to harassment at work
  • Good practice guidance on how to prevent and respond to these situations
