Internal talent mobility took on new importance during the 2020 cost reductions businesses implemented in response to the pandemic. Despite that, according to a recent LinkedIn survey of over 339,000 employees, only 20 percent believe they can meet their career goals at their current organizations and have the support of their managers to pursue those goals in another part of the business.
