Everything about the way business gets done is changing. Between digital transformation, changing employee and customer needs, and organizations shifting from hierarchical to flat, businesses need to change how they operate, how everyone works, and their corporate cultures. They need to become more digitally minded at the enterprise level and adjust how they approach career paths, learning and development, performance management, and even how HR operates. And, because the HR function will implement the transformation, it needs to change first to be a successful change agent.
