The Conference Board convened about 400 business leaders in Brooklyn, New York, to discuss how they are leading the AI transformation in their companies and benchmarking their progress with other leaders.

The Conference Board convened about 400 business leaders in Brooklyn, New York, to discuss how they are leading the AI transformation in their companies and benchmarking their progress with other leaders.

The theme of the event was not about what AI could do, but what businesses are doing with AI to solve problems and seize opportunities. There were three pillars to the discussion:

  • Transformation at scale: How to lead change with a clear strategy and collective engagement.
  • Risk and returns: What to expect, what to govern, and where is the ROI? 
  • The human element: The future of the workforce: the best of humans with the best of machines.

Each of these themes was illuminated with “AI in Action” demonstrations and working sessions.
