May 03, 2017 | Report

This report provides an overview of approaches to innovation measurement and dives more deeply into the metrics which can help businesses to track, monitor, and assess innovation performance. The Signpost of Innovation framework identifies six key areas (technology, digitization, customer experience and branding, environmental and social sustainability, internal innovation network, and external innovation ecosystem) and provides guidance on the kind of innovation metrics to populate each of those signposts.
