Salary Increase Budgets for 2021: Results of the 2020 Follow-up Survey

The Conference Board Annual Salary Increase Budget Survey results for November-December 2020 show that average salary increase budgets (on average 3.1 percent in 2019 down to 2.5 percent in 2020) and salary structure movements (on average 1.9 percent in 2019 down to 1.7 percent in 2020) grew slower compared to previous years.
