Glass Lewis, one of the two dominant proxy advisory firms alongside ISS, recently announced it will drop its unified “house view” of voting recommendations by 2027 to offer clients tailored voting “perspectives.” Ultimately, this move away from a single advisory standard will give companies more room to define their governance story and strengthen investor relationships on their own terms.
