As leaders encounter a profoundly changing world of work, they must revisit their total rewards strategy. Cash alone is not enough to attract, motivate and retain Gen Z, millennial and many other workers. Employees are looking for holistic packages that reflect their priorities and values. In this Working Group we will explore the critical need for refreshed approaches and programs that address business needs and changes in labor markets, stakeholder concerns, regulations, and new workforce models (on site, hybrid, remote and independent workers).
Collaboration across disciplines is key for more impactful total rewards. This session will address how companies are emerging from traditional siloes. Expanded benefits, compensation, and total rewards affect all aspects of human capital management and the employee experience. The agenda will include how total rewards efforts, data analytics, and communications should be incorporated into HR and HCM to maximize impact. We will also discuss how compensation, benefits, and rewards professionals can align and amplify their efforts across HR and HCM.
