Continuous Listening Part 2: Building and Implementing a Strategy

February 2020 | Research Report

The focus of this second report is to drill down into how to execute a continuous listening (CL) strategy, with an emphasis on providing actionable insight into three practical challenges:

  1. Building the business case for CL to ensure buy-in from stakeholders across the business, including the why, what, and how of CL
  2. Defining and delivering stakeholder value propositions to understand who the CL listening program aims to serve and for what purpose(s)
  3. Setting up an effective CL program, including governance structure, building an expert community for enterprise-wide expertise and ownership, and survey management
