Prioritize Executive Coaching to Prepare Leaders

CEOs need leaders who can lead in a hybrid, digitally enabled, socially influenced workplace. They face a key question: how does my organization ensure that our leaders are ready to do this?

As a first step, CEOs can take a proactive approach to redefining and transforming the mindset and behaviors of leaders—their ability to confidently manage change, make accurate decisions under pressure, and effectively communicate across different mediums. Many organizations recognize that leaders today require the targeted developmental opportunities coaching offers. Organizations should refocus and prioritize investments in executive coaching to prepare leaders with strong, future-oriented skills.
