The intent of this Elections Toolkit, published by the Committee for Economic Development (CED), the public policy center of The Conference Board, is to provide a framework for businesses and chambers of commerce to support informed, nonpartisan civic engagement by offering key election information as a basis for outreach to employees. The framework outlines why such engagement is important for businesses and includes practical guidance and draft language to assist in communicating these issues to employees and other stakeholders.
