This report summarizes the findings from a survey of 782 corporate professionals in Asia (562 of whom are midcareer women and 220 are executives who are men), highlighting the barriers that women encounter in career advancement, the nature and level of support they receive, and actions that companies can take to further drive women’s advancement to leadership roles.
