Lack of capital investment in tangible and intangible assets by public corporations,
Wealth transfer from employees and bondholders to shareholders, and
Short term actions at the expense of the future viability of the business.
- Understanding the role of activist hedge funds in driving short term corporate behavior.
- Researching the increasing criminalization of corporate behavior. What are the facts driving this development?
- Researching the facts of proxy advisory firm influence on corporate governance, executive compensation, and director elections.
