•  U.S. economy will slow in the first half of 2013 as a partial fiscal cliff comes into view

•  Hurricane Sandy will cause a mild drag in Q4, which will be followed by a mild boost in 2013

•  Business confidence has been hurt by fiscal cliff concerns and weak demand

•  The economy will rebound in the second half of 2013 as a result of a continued housing revival and increased strength in business investment and the labor market
